  1. The reason that Republicans lose the propaganda war is twofold. Firstly they have had it drummed into them by the GOP establishment that they should be genteel and should definitely not rock the boat (after all if they do some GOP elite might fall out). Secondly they are afraid to be combative or controversial, I am not so hindered, I am not a Republican, I am a conservative and also allegedly a barbarian, a terrorist, a racist, a SOB and some kind of hobbit and I am proud of the fact because it show that those like me are getting under the Democrat skin.

    Examine if you will the two different styles of “Mittens” Romney and Rick Perry. Mittens, the establishment candidate finesses answers to the social security problem, Perry states bluntly it’s a Ponzi scheme and is attacked for his honesty. I’m with the plain speaking honest candidate while the GOP elite prefer the inoffensive approach. Has no one told them that the best form of defense is attack.
